Automatic horizontal strapping machine
The automatic horizontal strapping machine, equipped with the high-performance MS300 head, is the ideal solution for horizontal strapping of palletized products of any type and size. Its operating system, with head travel and strap-guide movement, allows the load to be compacted on all four sides.
It is one of the most robust solutions on the market for compacting packs up to 600 kg thanks to a six-cylinder technology. Designed for high-throughput lines, it delivers uniform pallet strapping, precise tension control and stable guiding throughout the cycle.

Automatic vertical strapping machine
The automatic vertical strapping machine is a high-performance solution designed for integration into automatic production lines. Thanks to its lower lance, which inserts the strap through the pallet, and a transverse positioning head that distributes forces evenly, the machine achieves perfect load unitization and superior product stability during transport.
The system also includes a rotary conveyor that allows the pallet to be turned and strapped on all four sides, ensuring homogeneous load retention and greater stability during handling and transport.
As a fully automatic solution that can be customized to each customer's logistics requirements, it significantly reduces cycle times and guarantees a uniform finish.

Strapping system accessories
Strapping accessories allow each installation to be adapted to the line, improving load stability, product protection and process continuity according to pallet type, format and production rate.
Depending on the application, corner board applicators, wooden block applicators or top protective film can be added to reinforce the load and protect it during handling, storage and shipping.
Inclined strapping, hydraulic presses, folding lances, high-capacity coil holders, weighing and labeling can also be integrated, adding autonomy, control and traceability to the end of the line.
