The mechanical synchronization of the pre-stretch system allows wrapping with the minimum amount of film without compromising pallet stability, while its design eliminates sliding contacts, transmission belts, buffer batteries and onboard energy consumption. The result is low-maintenance equipment with high operational safety and an excellent cost-benefit ratio, with fewer stops, lower energy consumption and better wrapping quality.
How the cycle works

Pallet infeed
The conveyor positions the load in the wrapping area and starts the automatic cycle.

The system secures the film end and prepares application at the programmed tension.

The ring rotates around the pallet and distributes film evenly over the full load height.
