Vacuum precision
The vacuum layer head is a system capable of loading and unloading tile layers with great precision. The machine consists of a roller table, where the product layer is formed, and a suction unit with two electric fans that picks up the layers and places them on the side storage platforms.
Its operation is reversible, so it can also pick up layers from the platforms, place them back onto the table and feed them to the line. Its most common use is at the kiln exit, loading and unloading platforms, especially in ceramic plants working directly from kiln to sorting.
The system can also be adapted to other applications such as palletizing wooden boards, shower trays, large-format tiles, marble slabs and other products with a large surface-to-thickness ratio.

Products reach the roller table, where the row former creates the required layer.
