Automatic ring wrapper
The automatic ring wrapper is designed for high-output lines that demand speed, precision and maximum reliability. Its operation is based on an optimized mechanical principle that simplifies the system while ensuring uniform film application and precise adaptation to each load size.
The mechanical synchronization of the pre-stretch system allows wrapping with the minimum amount of film without compromising pallet stability, while its design eliminates sliding contacts, transmission belts, buffer batteries and onboard energy consumption. The result is low-maintenance equipment with high operational safety and an excellent cost-benefit ratio, with fewer stops, lower energy consumption and better wrapping quality.

Automatic rotating arm wrapper
The automatic rotating arm wrapper is designed to provide maximum flexibility in palletized load packaging, especially when the pallet must remain stationary during the process. It is an ideal solution for protecting the load with stretch film against water, humidity and dust, ensuring uniform and reliable wrapping.
The machine includes a clamp, cut and seal unit for stretch polyethylene film, while the ascent and descent speed of the reel carriage and the arm rotation are managed by inverter for precise cycle control. The installation is completed with perimeter guarding, interlocked access doors and an emergency switch to ensure safe operation.

Semi-automatic turntable wrapper
The semi-automatic turntable wrapper is designed for large and heavy pallets, offering a robust solution for industries with demanding operating conditions.
Its operation is straightforward: the rotating platform turns the load while the stretch film moves up and down to wrap the pallet.
The pre-stretch carriage, with rope formation and constant pressure, reaches up to 300% pre-stretch to reduce film consumption and improve stability. All parameters are configured from an intuitive panel, and the machine can store up to 20 pallet formats.
