Automatic layer palletizer

The automatic layer palletizer automates the formation of complete pallets by grouping, compacting and precisely transferring the product. It is especially suitable for high-output lines working with repetitive formats that require stability, pace and repeatability at the end of the line.

Its operation guarantees uniform and stable stacking patterns, reduces cycle times and improves process safety by minimizing manual handling. The result is a more orderly, efficient and reliable shipping process.

It can also handle loads of up to 2,000 kg, heights up to 1,800 mm and custom configurations, incorporating lateral and vertical compaction of each layer to achieve a stronger and more stable final pallet.

Robot palletizer

The robot palletizer is a highly flexible solution to automate the end of the line when working with multiple references, formats and stacking patterns. Its programming allows the installation to be quickly adapted to product changes, load heights and pallet configurations without disrupting process continuity.

Thanks to its precision and repeatability, the robot places each unit accurately to achieve more stable, orderly and homogeneous pallets. This improves load safety during handling and transport while reducing errors and maintaining a steady shipping flow.

It can also be integrated with vision systems, conveyors, dispensers and safety elements, enabling a scalable palletizing cell ready to grow with production. It is especially effective when versatility, fast changeovers and a high level of automation are required.

Vacuum layer head

The vacuum layer head is a system capable of loading and unloading tile layers with great precision. The machine consists of a roller table, where the product layer is formed, and a suction unit with two electric fans that picks up the layers and places them on the side storage platforms.

Its operation is reversible, so it can also pick up layers from the platforms, place them back onto the table and feed them to the line. Its most common use is at the kiln exit, loading and unloading platforms, especially in ceramic plants working directly from kiln to sorting.

The system can also be adapted to other applications such as palletizing wooden boards, shower trays, large-format tiles, marble slabs and other products with a large surface-to-thickness ratio.
