At Robotec Packing, we continue to develop end-of-line solutions capable of adapting to real plant constraints. In this case, we completed the installation of an automatic ring wrapper for pallets with stretch film for a customer in the packaging industry, successfully solving one of the main challenges of the project: the limited space available in the production area.
An installation designed to make the most of the available space
In many industrial lines, the lack of free space affects both the installation of new equipment and the future evolution of the process. In this project, the goal was to integrate an automatic wrapping solution into a very tight layout without compromising line operation or access for maintenance and supervision.
The automatic ring wrapper for pallets was configured taking into account the existing arrangement of conveyors, passage areas and accumulation points, seeking a clean and functional integration within the installation. The result is a compact solution that automates final packaging without creating unnecessary interference in the production flow.
